[:pb]Em dezembro de 2019, o IQA estabeleceu sua Visão 2020-2030, através de um processo de planejamento estratégico (PPE) cocriado com representantes de toda a organização. Durante o PPE renovamos nosso propósito, missão, visão e valores para nortear a jornada da próxima década.
Naturally, the theme of diversity has become an integral part of our values, within the pillar of sustainability, reflecting social progress. The Board of Directors, executive management, department heads, managers, and employees are committed in the preservation of and respect for human rights, equity, equality, the appreciation of differences, and non-discrimination.
We are committed to fostering relationships based on empathy and dignity with all stakeholders in our value chain and to contributing to the building of a more inclusive society.
As stated in our history, “the establishment of IQA was the result of the natural evolution of various initiatives aimed at improving the quality and productivity of the national automotive industry,” and we believe that embracing diversity and inclusion naturally complements this ideal.
